  • And The Defense Wins 
    DRI members C. Gregory Burgess and Nori D. Horton of Fees & Burgess, P.C., in Huntsville, Alabama, were granted summary judgment in a Fourth Amendment case involving the arrest and prosecution of a suspect for a rape and kidnapping based on the identification of the suspect by the victim. The primary issue was whether the investigator, the sole named defendant, had sufficient probable cause to make the arrest and was thus entitled to qualified immunity. Roth presented The Five Most Important Elements of an EMS Contract at the IPC EMS Management Meeting, exclusively for Senior Level Executives in the EMS Industry, in conjunction with Printed Circuits Expo, APEX and the Designers Summit.

  • February 6, 2008 - Intergraph Contribution to Fallen Officers' Memorial - "As a company with deep roots and a rich history in Huntsville, Intergraph is the first local business to contribute at such a significant level to the memorial to honor our fallen comrades, " said Huntsville Police Citizens Foundation Chairman Mike Fees. "We are thankful for this generous donation to help make the memorial a reality." (click here to view the entire press release)
     
    Mike Fees is pictured directly below to Mayor Spencer's right as she thanked R. Halsey Wise, president & CEO of Intergraph Corporation, for the company's donation of $15,000 toward the Fallen Officers' Memorial which will be placed at the entrance to the city's Public Safety Complex.
