- definition and elements of a claim under the Act
- drafting a claim and costs recoverable
- subcontractor pass through claims
- negotiation prior to requesting a Contracting Officer’s final decision
- alternate methods of dispute resolution
- deemed denials of final decision requests
- appealing the final decision of the Contracting Officer
